How Do I Place An Order?
Click on the item you wish to purchase, select a color option and add the item to your shopping cart. You can order by mail by sending the item name, number and color option along with all shipping information and a certified check or money order to the studio. You can also call or email the studio with an order or any questions you may have. Stopping in to the studio is also a great option. There you can discuss your options with our on site experts, peruse catalogs, view actual hair color swatches and place an order for delivery to you directly or to the studio. If you choose to have it delivered to the studio, you can take advantage of our experts to fit, style or cut the wig to your satisfaction.
Payment and Shipping
All online payment is done through PayPal at this time. We can accept cash, checks and credit cards at the salon. Shipping is free to points in the continental US. Please call or email for rates outside the US.
Returns & Refunds
Items are eligible for exchange if returned within 14 days of receiving your original order. Items must be in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging).We provide a wig hygiene guard with every wig for use when trying on. If you have any questions about these policies, please contact the studio.
Other Options
The wig manufacturers update their catalogs with new merchandise, colors, styles or discontinue styles constantly. Therefore it is always a good idea to contact the studio before placing an order about availability. There are also many items available that are not on our website, so if you see an item elsewhere, and if it is available from the manufacturer, we can get it for you!
How do I figure out my wig size?
Many wigs come in petite, average and large sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 95% of customers. We have a guide that will help you measure your head to determine the best size!
What are the differences between human hair and synthetic hair?
There are advantages to both and many people choose to have human hair and synthetic hair wigs on hand for different circumstances. Human hair offers the most natural look and feel as well as styling versatility. While typically more expensive, with proper care, human hair can last over a year. Synthetic hair tends to be a more affordable choice and offers great ease of wear — wigs can often be worn right out of the box with little or no styling.
Should I own more than one wig?
Yes! First the practical reasons. Wigs can last longer if not worn daily. You can be washing and air-drying one while wearing the other. If you wear human hair or heat-friendly synthetic hair, you can keep one styled straight and the other curly to reduce stress. Here is a tip we love: If you'd like your wig to be your secret, get two or three of your favorite style and ask your stylist to trim them in stages. You can create the illusion of hair growth and haircuts and no one will be the wiser! And if you're more the adventurous type, you can have a little fun with a whole host of different styles and colors.
